Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of ehx.ae, the EHX client portal, AI tools and related services (together, “EHX”), operated by ADEON BRIDGE TECHNOLOGY LLC, an ADEON Group company based in Dubai, UAE. By using EHX you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use EHX.

2. Our services

EHX provides consultancy and facilitation services for healthcare facility setup, professional licensing and compliance in the UAE, plus online tools to support them.

EHX is an independent consultancy. We are not a government authority and are not affiliated with DHA, DOH, MOHAP or any other authority. All licensing, approval and exam decisions are made solely by the relevant authority. We do not guarantee any approval, outcome or processing time.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that all documents and information you give us are genuine, accurate and complete. We may suspend or end our services if we reasonably believe documents are false or altered, and we may be required to report this to the relevant authorities.

5. Fees and payment

• Our fees are set out in your quotation or service agreement.
• Government, exam, verification and other third-party fees are separate unless stated otherwise.
• Fees are payable as stated in your quotation. Refunds follow [REFUND POLICY / the terms of your service agreement].
• Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where applicable.

6. AI tools

EHX AI tools give general guidance based on publicly available requirements. Results may be incomplete or out of date and are not legal, medical or official advice. Always confirm requirements with the relevant authority or your EHX consultant before acting on them.

7. Third-party services

EHX may link to or work with official portals and third-party providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, fees or decisions.

8. Intellectual property

The EHX name, website, content, software and tools belong to ADEON Group or its licensors. You may use them only to access EHX for your own purposes. You keep ownership of the documents and information you provide.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use EHX for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access other users’ data or interfere with the platform.
• Copy, scrape or resell EHX content or tools without permission.
• Upload harmful code or misleading information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions, delays or fees of any authority or third party. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses arising from false information or documents you provide, or from your breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if required by law. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of EHX after changes means you accept them.
