1. Who we are

EHX by ADEON (“EHX”, “we”, “us”) is a healthcare setup, licensing and compliance platform at ehx.ae, operated by ADEON BRIDGE TECHNOLOGY LLC, an ADEON Group company based in Dubai, UAE. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use EHX, we may collect:

• Contact details: name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, country of residence.
• Professional information: qualifications, work experience, licences, certificates and references needed for licensing applications.
• Identity documents: passport, Emirates ID, visa and photographs, where an authority requires them.
• Business information: company, facility and investment details for setup and compliance services.
• Payment information: billing details. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages visited and cookies.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, forms or the portal.

3. How we use your information

• Providing the services you request, including preparing and submitting applications on your instruction.
• Running the client portal and AI tools, including eligibility checks, reminders and progress tracking.
• Communicating with you about your case, appointments and renewals.
• Billing, accounting and fraud prevention.
• Improving our services and website.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Sending updates and offers, only where you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.

4. AI tools

Information you enter into EHX AI tools is processed to generate results for you. Please share only what the tool needs. AI results are guidance only: they are not official decisions by any health authority.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where needed to deliver our services or meet the law:

• Health authorities and official portals such as DHA, DOH, MOHAP, Sheryan, Tamm, DataFlow and Prometric, when you instruct us to apply on your behalf.
• Partners such as Amer and Expert Business Setup, for services you request.
• Service providers for hosting, email, messaging, payments and AI processing, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities or courts where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some of our team and service providers are located outside the UAE. When we transfer data abroad, we take steps to protect it as required by UAE data protection law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as your case or account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting or regulatory purposes. We then delete or anonymise it.

8. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and secure hosting to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your portal login private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

9. Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws, you may ask to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data, where we have no legal reason to keep it.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent you have given.
• Receive your data in a portable format.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and portal, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control optional cookies through your browser or our cookie banner.

11. Children

EHX is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
